At ‘The Birkbeck’ - experience a modern and relaxing space where you can feel confident you are in the safe hands of highly skilled and fully qualified therapists.

Our aim is to help you unwind, feel supported and receive the highest standard of care throughout your treatment journey.

Founded in 1987 - ‘The Birkbeck’ has proudly served the local community in the Sidcup area for nearly 40 years. After a 19 year break, the clinic is again under the ownership of its original founder –  Osteopath Moira Guth - bringing both experience and passion back to the heart of the practice.

Born in Sidcup, Moira has been working in the local community - practicing in and managing health clinics for nearly 40 years.

Since March 2026, the clinic has undergone an extensive refurbishment programme, creating a fresh, contemporary and professional setting for our patients.
