Founded in 1987 - ‘The Birkbeck’ has served the local community in the Sidcup area for nearly 40 years.
After a 19 year break, the clinic is again under the ownership of its original founder – Osteopath Moira Guth - bringing both experience and passion back to the heart of the practice.
Born in Sidcup and graduating in 1987 from The British School of Osteopathy, Moira has been working in the local community in practice and in clinic management for nearly 40 years.
Putting ‘patients first’ is at the centre of our practice philosophy so since changing ownership in March 2026, the clinic has undergone an extensive refurbishment programme creating a comfortable, contemporary and professional setting for our patients
We also understand that attending your first appointment can be a daunting prospect so at ‘The Birkbeck’ we take the time to explain the treatment process, ensuring you feel relaxed, informed and reassured from the moment you arrive
